We have fixed the issue on the Analytics screen. You should be able to access Message Metrics and other Analytics pages smoothly now.

There is an issue with our backend provider (GCP). New message delivery and message acknowledgments (on send) may be delayed for some users. Please refresh the page periodically (or Alt-tab) to refresh messages and status
