Analytics values for Message Metrics are incorrect

We have noticed that certain values for message metrics including flagged message count and median response time is not correct for some users. We know the root cause of this issue and it will be resolved by the start of next week.

The issue has been resolved by our upstream provider and our services are back online. We are monitoring the performance.
